I’ve lost my password, how do I change it?
That’s ok! Just go to https://affirmtraining.talentlms.com/index, click “LOGIN” and “Forgot your password.” Once you provide your username/email address, you will be emailed your new login information.
What’s my username?
Your username is your professional email address. If you have lost this information, send us an email at genderaffirmingtraining@gmail.com.
How can I make the text bigger?
Close the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and then click the gear icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, selecting "Zoom to Fit."

How can I change the volume?
You can change this on the bottom right of your screen to increase, decrease, or turn off the volume.
Why isn’t the “next” button working?
Some pages of a module will be locked until you complete every part of the activity. Go back and leave an answer for every question on the screen, or click every button, then try again.

Do I have to stay logged in to save my progress?
No, your progress will be automatically saved even if you stop in the middle of a module or log out!
How do I know which module I am currently on?
If you navigate to the home page here and login, then you will see a bar under every module you have finished. Once you finish one module, it will unlock the next one. Every module must be completed in order. Once you complete a module, however, you can go back and revisit it at any time.
Who can see my answers to the questions in the activities?
Only the research team reviews these answers for data analysis purposes after they have been de-identified (i.e., no one will link your name to your answers).
Can I share my login info with a friend or colleague?
Please keep your login information private. In the future, this program will be freely available to anyone across the U.S., but we are still validating this teaching material before we offer it more widely.
Do I have to repeat a module if my grades are low?
Repeating modules is completely optional.
What determines my class participation grade?
This grade has to do with your completion of optional activities in a given module (e.g., printing a copy of your responses or listening to the entirety of a student story). If you click the (?) marker next to this grade, you can learn more about what goes into each particular grade in a module.
Can I earn continuing education credits?
Yes! We have approval to provide continuing education (CE) credits to psychologists, social workers, and mental health counselors. To receive credits, you must complete quizzes before and after completing the content and provide some additional information at the end of the last module. Then we will share this information with the professional organization and provide you with a certificate for these CEs.
Can I earn professional development points?
Yes! To receive credits, you must provide some additional information at the end of the last module. Then we will share this information with the professional organization and provide you with a certificate for these Professional Development Points (PDPs).
